This quality improvement plan compared salbutamol delivery with a vibrating mesh aerosol drug delivery device (Aerogen® Solo with Ultra; VM) and a large volume jet nebuliser (JN) in peadiatric patients with asthma or reactive airway disorder who presented to the ED with an acute exacerbation.
